LG is getting ready to launch their next flagship, the LG G6 in upcoming event MWC. According to recent lead, the device looks much like a mixture of LG V20 and LG G5. Even in terms of built quality, LG has selected glass instead of metal body (probably). Lets look at the technical specification to understand more about this device.
LG G6 will be their flagship device with the latest hardware inside, however, the device will be powered by the last gen Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC, with at least 4 GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64 GB internal storage with a dedicated SD card slot. The device is expected to sport a 5 inch or 5.2 inch IPS LCD 2k screen with 2.5 D edges. In terms of the camera, LG may even include their last generation dual lens camera with an improved optics and better fine tuning to enhance the photographic skills.
So, what else can we expect from this flagship?. As we have seen their hints in social media, the device is expected to have a big screen with little or no bezels at all which will help to decrease the screen size in real life. For example, the Xiaomi Mi MIX is a phone with a massive 6.5 inch display but the phone does not feel as big as compared to other smartphones with same screen size, which is interesting.
As we already know, there will be even companions like LG G6 compact and LG G6 Lite, which will be slightly under powered compared to the original model in terms of process, display and even camera. One more interesting thing is “friends” which were made for LG G5. Do we see these accessories even for the LG G6? Only time will tell, as we are just days away from MWC; lets hope that LG pulls out something extraordinary.
